PfAMA1 - Second Generation

Hybrid constructs of PfMSP1-19 + PfAMA1 [25-545] and PfAMA1 [25-545] + PfMSP1-19 in the Pichia pastoris expression system are currently being considered to overcome the problems of malaria antigen variability. This approach will be further developed in 2008.
