GMZ2 (PfGLURP + PfMSP3) in the L. Lactis system Phase Ib in African children Gabon

A phase I, randomized, controlled, double-blind, single centre trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of 30 and 100 µg of GMZ2 in Gabonese children aged 1-5 years.

The first Phase Ib in African children in Lambaréné Gabon, sponsored by AMANET, is due to commence during the second quarter 2008. The file was approved by the local Comité d'Ethique Régional Indépendant de Lambaréné on 4 April 2008.
