PfGLURP as LSP

Development of a Plasmodium falciparum vaccine based on long synthetic peptide derived from GLURP, a merozoite surface antigen targeted by biologically active human antibodies.

An Open Randomised, Two Adjuvant, Three Doses Safety and Immunogenicity Clinical trial was conducted in Nijmegen.
